Behind the Scenes

 Luna Retreats grew out of Lauren and Aimée’s respective mental health journeys.   We are two working-professional moms with full lives. Our bond grew stronger during the pandemic as we shared our struggles, supported each other through family crises, and encouraged each other on our respective journeys back to “normal.”  After years of encouragement and sharing wellness and mental-health “tips,” we realized we wanted to help other women in the same way we'd helped each other.  Luna Retreats was born.  

We provide a warm environment and build a community for women on their personal growth journeys. 

Finally, as BIPOC women, one of the major tenets of Luna is to support and collaborate with fellow female-and BIPOC-owned businesses.
